Outing Information

Help students take care of our protected lands. Over 700 Sonoma County students in grades 2-6 and 11-12 participate in LandPaths' award winning In Our Own Backyard (IOOBY) program. Over the course of the school year, these students visit an adopted properties four times, including a stewardship project.

With moist soils, winter is the time that many of these projects take place. We will be planting native sedges and rushes with 4th grade students from SunRidge School.
