Planned & Legacy Giving

Be a part of our Legacy Club by including LandPaths in your will or estate plan. By incorporating LandPaths into your long-range financial planning, you give the gift of nature for generations to come, ensure that LandPaths will thrive, and ensure your legacy as a supporter of LandPaths’ mission and impact.

How does it work? You name LandPaths as a beneficiary in your will or trust, designating the gift of your choice (e.g., cash, real estate, personal property, securities). You maintain control of your assets during your lifetime and often save on estate taxes.

For more information about our Legacy Giving options, please contact Development Manager Eric Singer at [email protected] or (707) 544-7284 ext. 106.

Words from Legacy Club Members

Our impact is made possible by donors, with a passion for growing community with nature.

" What better way to pay it forward than to include LandPaths in my planned giving program. It’s a token of my enormous appreciation for the work that the staff and volunteers do to preserve, protect and provide access to these magnificent natural treasures. "

Gary Abreim, Legacy Club Member

" We have named LandPaths as one of the beneficiaries of our estate because we believe they deserve our long-term support. They bring people in touch with the natural environment who otherwise might not have this opportunity. They preserve properties with significant natural resources, habitat for wildlife, scenic values. And they offer recreational activities which are consistent with conservation principles. We hope our financial contribution will assist LandPaths in its critically important work long past our demise. "
